Hollywood Suits’ does not accept exchanges for Online Orders formally, Magento did not have the functionality. Instead on occasion we would accept an RMA & internally/manually track, transfer, ship & rebalance stock based on GM Approval.

CURRENT INSTORE EXCHANGE POLICY

Hollywood Suits’ honors Exchanges in place of refunds for In Store Orders, with a 7 day Exchange Policy.  See - Post Order Care / Returns “Current In Store Return Policy”

Exchanges only on Damaged Goods, Manufacturing Error, GM Approval.
