Assistant Store Manager
Hollywood & Torrance
Full-Time | $85K–$100K + Commission/Bonuses
Hollywood Suits is seeking an experienced, motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our sales team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Assist customers with suits, fittings, styling, and closing sales
- Support daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising
- Train and develop new sales associates
Qualifications:
- 2+ years retail/sales experience
- Management or keyholder experience preferred
- Strong leadership and closing skills
- Menswear/formalwear experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Men's Suit Sales Professional
Hollywood, Torrance & Westminster
Full-Time | $80K–$90K + Commission/Bonuses
We are looking for experienced, motivated salespeople who know how to sell and close lots of sales in a busy men's clothing store.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to assist with suit selection, styling, and fittings for next season purchasing
- Professional, energetic, dependable, and sales-driven
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
