Refund policy

Hollywood Suits is committed to ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their purchase and service. As part of this commitment, returns are accepted up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. Hollywood Suits will only refund merchandise if it has not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or altered. If merchandise is not in its original condition or is returned without an RMA number, the return will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the customer. Only one RMA can be created per order. Upon issuance of RMA, customer is allowed up to 2 weeks to return the merchandise. If the merchandise is not received by us during this time frame, the RMA will be considered void and no future return can be initiated for same item(s). All labels and tags must remain intact in order to return the merchandise along with any accompanying materials that were originally included. Customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise at their own cost. Customer can choose any carrier they wish to use. If the return is due to a mistake on Hollywood Suits part then we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label.
